Policy:

WARRANTY

All products come with their own specified Manufacturer Warranty.
7 days replacement warranty from Wintronic Computers Plus (except products that come with a Manufacturer's Swap Program due to the Serial Number Registration, e.g. CPUs, Memory, Notebooks, Monitors, Printers etc) unless otherwise specified.
Replacement of equivalent or better if product(s) become unavailable during warranty period at Wintronic Computers Plus's own discretion or customer may offer an option to upgrade to a newer product.

All items return for EXCHANGE or WARRANTY CLAIM must go through our service technician inspection and tested upon receipt. Any discrepancies including, but not limited to, the following list will result in the package being returned to the customer and credit or replacement will NOT be issued.

The following criteria will be followed in rejecting returns and refusing credit:

Return without original receipt
Product return date exceeds 14 days from date of purchase
Any Special Order Items
Products which are improperly packaged
Manufacturer Warranty specified at time of purchase
Products returned to Wintronic Computers Plus in non-qualified shipping container
Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering
Products with any standard certification labels removed (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code)
Products or packages with barcode label removed
Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on package or invoice
DAMAGE: Cracked components or damage to any circuit boards
DAMAGE: Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse of base casting
DAMAGE: Torn or punctured tape seals
DAMAGE: Loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners
Product Categories: CPU’s, Memory, Notebooks, Books, Softwares and other items so labeled with a security seal will not be accepted for return

REFUNDS

The following criteria will be followed in issuing Refund:

must be within 7 days from date of purchase accompanied with the original receipt
must be listed in our current price list and is not obsolete, used, refurbished or As-Is model
must be shipped in the original packaging material AND in a secure and well-packaged container
must be UNOPENED and in mint brand new resellable condition
15% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged for any approved refund if returning opened package.
All Service Charges or Assembling Charges are non-refundable
Product Categories: CPU’s, Memory, Notebooks, Books, Softwares, and other items so labeled with a security seal will not be accepted for refund

MISPRINTS or ERRORS

We do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our web site.
