Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, Wintronic Computers will accept qualified and conforming products for exchange or refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Desktop and laptop computers, tablets, TV's, projectors, digital cameras and camcorders and GPS devices may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of original purchase
To qualify for return all products require a Return Authorization (RA) Number prior to being returned, must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. All packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included. Kits and other items assembled after purchase must be unassembled and returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. All returns will be inspected and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at Wintronic Computers' sole discretion.
Some manufacturers have implemented returns restrictions that prevent Wintronic Computers from being able to accept returns or offer exchanges, replacements or credits on their products for any reason. Please check the item listing on our website to determine if special return policies are applicable to your products. Support as well as exchanges or replacements for products with manufacturer or supplier restrictions, including within the first 30 days of ownership, must be handled directly with the product manufacturer or supplier. You can find the manufacturer or suppliers contact information in your product manual, in the item listing, on the manufacturer's website.
Consumables (toner cartridges, ink cartridges, blank media, projector bulbs, etc) are NOT returnable for any reason once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened. Support and replacement for these products is available exclusively through the respective manufacturer or supplier. Please make sure you verify all specifications and compatibility before purchasing.
All Free To Air (FTA) and Off The Air (OTA) related products only have Manufacturer's Warranty and can not be returned and Exchanged with Wintronic Computers Plus.
Software, video games, DVD's, and similar items are not returnable once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened. Defective items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for the same item or title only.
Products offering mail-in-rebates are non-returnable to Wintronic Computers Plus once the rebates have been filed for. Be sure that the product is working and that you intend to keep the product before filing for rebates. Products missing UPC codes are NOT returnable and will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at Wintronic Computers's sole discretion.
Items purchased within a bundle are held within the return guidelines for the individual item as specified in the individual item's listing and in these terms.
Items Physical damage to any product purchased at Wintronic Computers Plus will effectively void the manufacturer's warranty coverage. Improper Installation of CPU Fans and/or Improper clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped,burnt or have bent pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement.
Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage. Wintronic Computers encounters bent pins regularly when inspecting physically damaged CPUs. Forcing a processor into position will not solve an installation problem and may consequently void any applicable warranty coverage. Intel and AMD will not accept physically damaged processors back from Wintronic Computers . As a result, Wintronic Computers will return any physically damaged CPU back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Non-qualified and non-conforming returns are not included in Wintronic Computer's return policy and, if returned, will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% at Wintronic Computers's sole discretion.
All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. If a non-conforming product is accepted for return, Wintronic Computers reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25% at Wintronic Computers's sole discretion. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received.
Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number (RA). Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website or in our Return policy, you may request an Return Authorization Number (RA) within 30 days of the original purchase date. RA numbers expire after 30 days, but we encourage you to return the product as soon possible. Any return we receive without a valid RA number will be documented and rejected or subject to a restocking charge at Wintronic Computers' sole discretion.
A 15% Restocking Fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Wintronic Computers reserve the right to adjust the value of any item returned for a refund to reflect its current market value, In which case the 15% restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment. Shipping charges are non-Refundable.No refunds after 30 days.
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. Wintronic Computers shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, Wintronic Computers may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products.
In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied, the product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return and will be returned to you. If Wintronic Computers, at our sole discretion, decides to accept a non-qualified item for return, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be assessed.
Wintronic Computers warrants product(s) to be in good working condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days for OEM packages, and for thirty (30) days for RETAIL packages, from the original Invoice date unless stated otherwise on the product page or by the manufacturer's own warranty policy.
After that period, items are often covered by a manufacturer's warranty, but will vary depending on the product in question. Please refer to the manufacturer's web site for details.
ALL OEM CPU/Processor products are warranted for seven (7) days from the original invoice date, unless the CPU is purchased as part of a computer system.

General Terms and Conditions
Wintronic Computers Plus and its assignees render services to you through this website subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated periodically and without notice. Nobody is permitted to make alterations to the terms outlined herein without having the explicit, written consent of managerial staff residing at the central offices of Wintronic Computers Plus.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they form an Agreement between yourself (including any other person that you represent) and Wintronic Computers Plus. For the purposes of this agreement "person" denotes natural persons as well as any type of incorporated or unincorporated entity. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use our online services and should not proceed to register an account on our website.
Legal Age (18+)
By agreeing with our Terms of Service you acknowledge that you are an adult, being of legal age to waive parental consent. If you are under the age of 18 it is necessary that you obtain consent from a parent or guardian before registering an account. Minors who agree to these Terms of Service are effectively stating that they have had a parent or guardian review their registration and that said parent/guardian has expressed consent toward it.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Wintronic Computers Plus reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Wintronic Computers Plus reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (CAD) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Wintronic Computers Plus shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Wintronic Computers Plus shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Wintronic Computers Plus shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Payment Terms
Wintronic Computers Plus accepts the following methods of payment:
All payments must be made in Canadian Dollars.
Once an order is placed by credit card, the credit card account will be verified at the time the order is placed. Should a credit card be declined, so will be the order.
No C.O.D. orders are accepted. ORDERS ARE PROCESSED ONLY UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.
Prices
All prices shown on wintroniccomputers.com do not include shipping and handling. Prices do not include taxes unless otherwise noted. All prices are in Canadian dollars. The price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is made. Nonetheless, if the price drops before shipment and you notify Wintronic Computers Plus of the lower price before the product is shipped, in which case (and in that case only) the price charged will be the lower price.
Also, in accordance with Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) program, Wintronic Computers Plus will charge additional Recycling Fees on purchases based on the price structure provided by Ontario Electronic Stewardship. Such fees only apply to the products purchased within the province of Ontario. Since these fees are additions to the costs of products, they will be reflected on your invoice at the point of checkout. Processing Time
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.
Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days depending on the accuracy of the information given. Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before processing payment.
If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible. If they are out of stock, they will be shipped once backordered inventory is received and processed.
Transit Time
Wintronic Computers does not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Total Time for Delivery
Total time is based on the time required for payment authorization, order processing, and transit time. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.
Shipping and Handling Rates
Shipping is calculated based on actual weight or dimensional weight and the type of shipping service selected. If an order ships in multiple boxes or shipments, shipping charges will be assessed at the time of the first shipment. Charges apply only once for the entire order. Risks Associated with Shipping
When products are shipped via common carrier, Wintronic Computers Plus’s liability is limited to the carrier's terms and conditions. Insurance for loss or breakage must be requested at the time of order placement.
Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price. Wintronic Computers Plus is not liable for property damage, personal injury, business interruption, or other consequential damages, regardless of cause. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.
Recordings
Wintronic Computers Plus does not consent to recorded phone calls. Calls may be terminated if recording is detected. Customers must provide notice and obtain written consent to record calls.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Ontario courts in Burlington, and you consent to this jurisdiction.
Severability
If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed and the rest will remain in full force and effect.
